1. Distance Learning and Support Policy
MYgration ESL is primarily designed for distance learning, giving students the flexibility to study at their own pace and from locations that fit their busy schedules. This flexibility is one of the main advantages of distance learning but also means students must take personal responsibility for staying motivated and focused on improving their English fluency online.
Our courses cover essential skills, including:
- Reading
- Writing
- Math
- English language proficiency
- Problem-solving
To support this self-paced learning, our tutors provide guidance and motivation through a variety of tools and personalized support to help you stay aligned with your goals and improve your English fluency online.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. Our cancellation policy is structured to ensure fairness to both students and tutors:
Lesson Cancellations: You may cancel a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for canceled lessons, but you will have the option to reschedule.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel a lesson less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a refund will not be available. However, you will have the option to reschedule the missed lesson at a later date.
Missed Lessons: If a student misses a lesson without giving prior notice, the tutor has the right to receive payment for the missed session.
Tutor Cancellations: In the rare event that a tutor must cancel or reschedule a lesson, the tutor may, at their discretion, opt to reschedule the lesson without charge to the student. This decision is left to the tutor’s discretion based on the circumstances.
4. Tutor Payment Policy
Our tutors are highly skilled professionals, and we respect their time and commitment. If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing advance notice (as outlined in the Cancellation Policy), the tutor reserves the right to be compensated for that session.
5. Privacy Policy
